Description
A Sales Ledger Clerk is required for this well established business based in Birkenhead.
Working in a small friendly team environment you will be responsible for:
Sales ledger:

Raise all sales invoices from billing templates supplied by operations

Work with credit control to track unsettled balances on invoices with a view to managing the credit note process.

Issue a daily actual v target (by site) sales invoice report.

Track job retentions and report to operations in advance of anniversary dates.

Track maintenance contract billing cycles and report to operations in advance of works delivery dates.

Manage the process of generating new contract numbers for operations.

Ad-hoc sales invoice reporting

Supporting the Purchase Ledger team

This role is an office based role working Monday -Thursday 9-5 and 9-4pm on a Friday (there is some flex on hours for the right person)
Salary is £25,000-£26,000 depending on experience.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role, have drive and energy to improve process and system and have confident IT skills with experience of using an online accountancy system.
